FLAMENCO
Blend exciting rhythms, grace and passion in the Spanish dance of Flamenco. Students will learn basic posture, footwork and rhythm.
Level 1 Sat. 12-1pm
Level 2 Sat. 1-2pm

BALLROOM
Learn the basics required for several styles. The first week of every month begins a new journey into a new dance.

MODERN
Discover movement that is more "grounded" in nature. Experience the release of weight into and out of the floor while shifting off vertical positions. Mobility of the back, employing a three-dimensional spine, is a key element in this dance form. Ages 14 +. No experience necessary.

HIP-HOP
Urban self-expression using the three basic movements of hip-hop: boying, popping and locking.
Age 12 + Thurs. 8-9pm

DANCE! MOVE! STRETCH!
An exhilarating, fun exercise and stretch class encompassing basic dance movement. Appropriate for all ages. No experience necessary.

PILATES MAT WORK
This class focuses on precise movements with few repetitions, creating a lean, flexible, powerful body and a focused mind.

YOGA
This class introduces students to basic breathing, simple alignment principles and yoga postures and technique. This class will be a blending of physical conditioning and self-discovery. No experience necessary. Yoga mat required.
